About Cartkept

Cartkept makes small apps for Shopify stores. Each one does one job, and tells you the moment it stops doing it.

Why it exists

The most common complaint about store apps is not a missing feature. It is a quiet failure: an export that stops arriving, a form whose messages never reach you, a page that disappeared and nobody said so. You find out from a customer, or never.

So every Cartkept app watches its own work and sends you one clear email when something needs you. No daily noise on a quiet day.

Who is behind it

Cartkept is a product of Benjo LLC, a company in the United States. It is built by one person, so when you write to hello@cartkept.com you hear back from the person who built the app.

What we will not do

• Email you unless you asked us to. We do not send unsolicited messages to store owners.
• Offer or ask for anything in exchange for a review.
• Sell your store's data or use it for anything but the app's one job. Each app stores only what that job needs; the privacy policy lists it app by app.
• Charge you outside Shopify. Billing, when there is any, goes through Shopify and is shown before you pay.

Where things stand

None of the apps is in the Shopify App Store yet; the ones we have submitted are in Shopify's review. The apps page shows each app's real status, and the changelog lists what has changed and when. Cartkept is not affiliated with Shopify.
